Our 2014 Phenomenon is deeply colored with enticing aromas of raspberry, black cherry, blackberry and dark chocolate. These flavors are carried onto the palate with soft but vibrant tannins and a silky texture. Subtle oak characters of cedar and sandalwood lead to a hint of spice on the finish.
As the only Aglianico produced in the Napa Valley, this wine has a captivating nose that offers notes of blueberry, huckleberry, rhubarb, baked fruit and exotic spices such as nutmeg and mace. It is tightly knit with notes of dark chocolate and brambly dark red fruit. The mouthcoating tannins lead to a long, sanguine finish.
