After having gone so long without the 2018, the second vintage of our Adattamento is a welcome sight. Not as dark and brooding as 2018, our 2021 is more bright and cheerful. The aromas here are more focused on red berries, vanilla, and baking spices. On the palate a beautiful Rainier cherry dances across the tongue along with caramel and spice. With a soft, lingering finish, this wine is sure to impress and delight.

On the palate, there are tantalizing flavors of dark chocolate, coconut, and dark cherries. The mouth coating, velvety mid-palate leads to a long finish with well-integrated tannins. This gem will age beautifully for the next 15+ years--however, it’s hard not to enjoy this now.
