After having gone so long without the 2018, the second vintage of our Adattamento is a welcome sight. Not as dark and brooding as 2018, our 2021 is more bright and cheerful. The aromas here are more focused on red berries, vanilla, and baking spices. On the palate a beautiful Rainier cherry dances across the tongue along with caramel and spice. With a soft, lingering finish, this wine is sure to impress and delight.

Signature Sangiovese notes of Morello cherry and saddle leather, along with hints of blackberry and cocoa powder. On the palate the wine is sumptuously textured and captivating, commanding attention, which is rewarded with discoveries of espresso, molten chocolate, and clove.

This is a beautiful wine from the aromatic start to the seemingly endless finish. It beguiles with aromas of blue and black fruit and hints of violets and roses. On the palate it is sumptuously textured. The floral and fruit characters are joined by hints of espresso and dark chocolate, as well as savory notes of cedar and a hint of black olive.

Speranza is Italian for Hope, and was our first wine in the fire series after losing our 2020 vintage due to wildfires. Speranza's incredible popularity and demand was such that it quickly become a fan favorite. With expressive violets, strawberries, bright cherries, spice, and vanilla, this wine is silky smooth with beautiful harmony.  The impressive Sagrantino gives just a touch of tannins at the end.

Beautiful notes of dark fruit, fine dark chocolate, and a hint of spice lead to a harmonious palate that gives and gives. Still very young, this wine will evolve in the mouth as it will evolve in your cellar over the next decade. Rich, complex, and rewarding.

Bold, rich, compelling notes of blackberry, vanilla, clove, and allspice. Fine-grained tannins promise development of further complexity in the cellar, but this wine would be enjoyable now with a bistecca fiorentina or braised lamb shanks.

Tightly wound, this wine will benefit from decanting to allow the beautiful aromas to emerge. The wine is complex and dense, offering aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, and molten chocolate, along with bright acidity and dense, velvety, fine-grained tannins. The 2022 Sagrantino boasts vibrant aromas of dark berries, baking spices, black olives, and a hint of coriander. The wine is mouth-coating yet surprisingly more approachable than previous vintages, while still maintaining the potential for beautiful aging. On the palate, notes of earth, sandalwood, and ripe plum unfold, offering a complex and harmonious experience. The wine displays incredible symmetry, with firm tannins that will soften over time, making it enjoyable now or a great candidate for aging over the next decade or more.

Our 100% Estate grown Sangiovese offers up incredible aromas of dark red fruits, sage, caramel, and maple syrup.  On the palate, there are tantalizing flavors of dark chocolate, coconut, and dark cherries.  The mouth coating, velvety mid-palate leads to a long finish with well-integrated tannins. This gem will age beautifully for the next 15+ years--however, it’s hard not to enjoy this now.
